Foodzone signs you in with a 6-digit code. Type your email address on the sign-in form and we email the code to the address on the account. There is no password.

Shared logins

If several people shared one login, whoever can read the account's inbox signs in with the code as normal.

Colleagues who cannot read that inbox have two proper paths. Both are for the account owner to do:

Use your old password

For a short time, a colleague who cannot read the account's inbox can still get in with the old Foodzone password.

Until Sunday 15 November 2026, the Sign in screen and the Check your email screen both have a link to Use your old password. It opens one page with two fields:

  • Account email: the email the account was set up with.
  • Old password: the password you used before.

Select Sign in and you are in. No code is sent. The account's own email, plan and data do not change.

The old password is a stopgap, not a way to stay. Each time you need to get in, use the same page, and before 15 November ask the account owner for your own access using one of the two paths above.

Changing the account's email still needs a confirmation from the account's inbox, so the old password alone cannot move the account.

Google accounts

If your old account signed in with Google, it has no password. The old-password page tells you so. Sign in with a code sent to your Google address instead.

If you share a Google login, you can open that Gmail inbox and get the code the normal way.

After 15 November

The old password stops working. Sign in with a code sent to the account's email, or ask the account owner to invite you from Settings → Team members.

On your phone

The app signs in with a code only. The old-password page is on the web; use it in a browser, then ask for your own access so you can sign in on the phone as yourself.
